I paid good money to newegg for a new amd/asus processor and the box came today and it's a used processor, how do I proceed on action to newegg I' m expremely disappointed, The did send me a new Motherboard at least in the packaging its supposd to be in, but clearly I got a used processor. I'm so mad at newegg as it ws lited as new but was not in the amd/asus packaging. Dose this happen often with Newegg? Sure hope I can get money back.

Every once an awhile. I would start with contacting them, You prolly could RMA it or refund. Ive read a few things about people here and there getting used parts from there. I think they just have so many things they get confused from time to time :-\
