Need micro atx board for maybe 6 core cpu

Looking at building a smaller system that will do mostly cpu intensive stuff(encoding, etc.) thinking about going with one of amd's 6 core procs, may even get an older phenom II X6..trying to find the right of a good micro atx mobo..heres a few i have found
what do think of any of these micro atx mobos...

need an answer pretty quick. the foxconn is only an am3 board and the other 2 are am3+
 
Stay away from Jetway. POS imho. The Biostar looks to be ripe and has good reviews. Foxconn has too many fails according to the user reviews.

I would go Biostar because of it's record.
 
Biostar looks like a 3+1 phase VRM...seems sketchy holding a 6-core even at stock speeds and literally zero headroom for overclocking if you'd ever consider that. Very likely given that your cpu-intensive application.

Why not look at an M5a88-M? It's a 4+1 phase but has a 140w TDP rating and is well designed so if you exceed the power handling of the VRM's it just throttles the CPU. It's a bit more expensive but those cheap boards are famous for melt-down in such circumstances.
