Do you have a specific question? If the cameras are going to plug into the 8 port switch, then you do not have enough ports to fulfill you needs. You will have to add a switch elsewhere. If your switch(s) are not PoE, then you will need power injector per camera.

*edit* I take that back. The cameras plug into the head unit. Even easier. You would control the unit via a directly connected mouse and VGA monitor and/or a web page. Done and done. Without a specific question, I can't help further.
