new board which one

the wife has given me £240 for a new am3 board and some ram i need some advice on which board to have. i want 8gig of ram which takes £100 out of the equation these are the three boards im looking at

at the min my chip runs @3.9ghz and i dont want a drop in speed which has got me leaning to the amd chipset and not the nvidia one

If it helps, The asus is the board i will be buying when i get paid next month!

I have not seen any bad things said about it so that is good enough for me and all the good words spoken and typed on various forums around the web only make me want it more...

First or second. The third supports nVidia Sli and you appear to be running ati cards.

Also, what about this and then you would save some cash for other parts.
