Something I just noticed, is your rear fan intake or exhaust? You'll want exhaust, if it isn't already, as intake will disturb the airflow as well as possibly choking that top-rear fan.

Yes rear is exhaust, the 3 in front are intake and the 3 on top are exhaust as well.
