this is a new build have a kraken x61 with a fx 9370 on a asus cross-hair formula z MB and im using the cam software and was wondering is my temp should be fluctuating when idle it never stays at one temp while its idling the temps are not high teens to twenty's first time using water cooling...also tried core temp software and same result any help would be great thanks

Totally normal - You need to remember that while the CPU is so called 'idling' it still is actually operating, so relatively minor (5 to 10C) temp spikes at idle are entirely normal.
