Looks good, no Gpu? Psu is a bit overkill unless going Sli/X Fire, even so you could have gone with a quality 750w unit. I don't see a rig in your signature, did you post off a phone?

There are better quality AIO liquid coolers than the H100i available from other brands. No need for an 850W PSU.

If you are going to be recycling your GTX260 you won't see a stellar improvement in game performance. I strongly suggest at least a GTX 760 in your new build. Also, you can drop to a 4690K if you are just gaming and general use.
