New mITX Handbrake build

My family got me a GoPro for Xmas last year and my previous build (https://www.overclockers.com/forums/showthread.php/731207-Mini-ITX-3770S-build) just isn't cutting it for video encoding anymore.

This is my first AMD build since the Thunderbird era.

FTR this is almost the same as my ITX build (which used handbrake extensively for a bit), just a generation newer.
