Looks like a spinoff of chromeOS, but use your skydive? account I would assume. This would not shock me. Use it and install to more arm laptops/mobiles/slower comps in general. And then keep Windows. Although I would not mind them to make 3 seperate OS's - W7 like, W8, and Midori - Or just combine 8 and this Midori.

Colossal stupidity IMO. Compatibility with a large install base is one of only about two reasons why people put up with microsoft. This will be as widely used as Windows RT has been.
