New physical bios?

Where could I get a new bios chip for a tyan S1846 motherboard?

I havn't had much experiance with p3 processors. Can I take my 600mhz p3 out of the little reiser slot and put it in a mobo that dosn't have a slot like a celeron mobo?

If you're are talking about a socket 370 cleleron in a slotket (that's a socket 370 to slot adapter) then yes you can take the celeron out and use it in a normal socket 370 mobo. If you are talking about a slot celeron then no you can't take it off.


I would actually suggest doing that becuase the socket 370 boards are newer and better than the slot ones.
