Yep, just checked both places and you are correct for the Amazon offering. You got until June 30 to buy this from Amazon and it has to be mailed within 21 days after purchase. TD is OOS for this one however.

Yeah, most of the issues were fixed through firmware updates. I'm pretty sure the drives ship with the latest firmware too.
