I wouldn't doubt it! I was hoping to see some OC'd CPU/GPU runs with it on here soon..

Are we counting MVP submissions here?

The single GPU 1st place looks like MVP enabled. It has lower clocks than hokie's:

hokies graphics score: 11836
sniper168 graphics score: 18213

That's Lucid MVP.

We were until Hwbot banned it... I will have to look at that again and make adjustments. Thanks for the heads up!

argh. I forgot to sign into 3dmark to get my url. :/

Little late to the party, but just FYI - virtu isn't permitted on hwbot. It took them a while to make a decision, and I'm not sure when they made it, but this old result of yours has MVP enabled so should be removed: http://hwbot.org/submission/2267242_

You probably know this by now, but I happened to stumble across it, and I know its hard to track down old submissions. :)

Thanks for the heads up IMOG , i had flaged it as "do not want points" for that sub when they made the decision, but when i recalculated one of my other submissions it added the points again :(.

i have since re-set it to "no points" untill they have the flag for MVP enabled.

Ha, one benchmark and over halfway towards the team point requirements!
Keep that up and you'll be on the team in no time

ummm im trying but i dont know half the tricks i think im just slamming CPU/GPU/GPURAM at this stuff with no stratagy! :((( helpz

Yeah that's probably something like 85% of this operation, don't knock it!
Play around a bit, try some driver settings, get familiar with the benchmarks. Play with the system ram a bit, learning what makes things slower will also teach you what makes them faster.
There is a reason the top guy on HWBot dug through >100 2600Ks for the >6GHz chip, after all.

Anyway you really are off to a good start, all the little fiddly stuff will come to you, worry about the bulk stuff, how to get the most clocks out of your CPU/RAM/GPU/VRAM. Not necessarily in that order of importance.

EDIT:
That said, half the fun (possibly more) is in that last 15%, being the guy with lower clocks that has a high score anyway is great fun.

Hope my post isn't out of place.

I7 950 @4.2ghz 9123 physics score is normal?

thanks
