Overclock E8400 and Q9650

Hello.

I'm building a cheap gaming pc. The rig is:

Asus P5G41T-M LX
Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 3Ghz (later on, upgrade to Quad Q9650)
Geforce 9800 GTX+ 512Mb (later on, upgrade to GTX 560 TI or 650 TI)
Gskill DDR3 2x4GB 1333MHZ RipjawsX CL7
XFX Pro 550W Core Edition Pro OR Corsair CX600 V2 (Can you give me an opinion?)

I'd like to overclock both processors with the same cooler, if possible, to 4Ghz at least.

What coolers are the best for this?
