Overclocking BIOSTAR N68S3+ Mobo

I was wanting to know how to overclock my Mobo & Processor if possible.
Here are my specs below. (Help if you can)

Windows 7 Ultimate 64Bit
6.00 GB (5.25 GB Usable) DDR3
AMD Athlon II X3 450
Socket AM3
Nvidia GeForce GT 610 2GB RAM

Again if you can help me overclock the Mobo, and processor and maybe the Graphics card please let me know Id be real happy if I could

This is sort of like a double post. In forums a double post is not a good thing in people's minds.

Everything is being handleded in your thread in the AMD CPU forum section. Most of us that help users in the CPU section also help in this AMD Mobo section, so there is not a need to post here and the cpu section. Thanks man.
