Overclocking i5 3570k Asus P8Z68-V/Gen3 Pro

Hey everyone, new to the overclocking world and have done some research about the topic but was looking for suggestions that are more current as most people oc’ing this chip and board were from years ago. Can anyone tell me where I should start with this chip and board? Not looking to do anything crazy as I want it to run stable and just looking for a high FPS with my current gpu that it’s bottlenecking
