MY system:

Mother Board: DP45SG
CPU: Q6600
RAM: 4gb DDR3
Video Card: ATI 4850
PSU: 850W
OS: Vista x64

Problem:
When ever I change some settings in the BIOS to overclock my Q6600 to about 3.60 GHZ and save then restart, when I boot up in to windows CPUZ always shows the CPU at it's default of 2.40 GHZ every time.

What I Have Done:

I have tried to update the BIOS (no luck)
Restore my OS (No luck)
try different (lower) clocks (no luck)

sorry for the necro, i'm sure we lost this fellow long ago.
but, to save OC settings on this board you must save them, then upon bootup go back into the bios and save them again. Voila.
oh well.
