When trying to view a Users folder in a hard drive connected via dock, normally I can't because I need Access Rights. However, on my laptop by default, I can view a user folder (from a docked HD) without giving myself rights. What option allows me to view another Windows drive's user folders by default without having to add permissions to the current user?

If I try to view it on another laptop it says, Access is Denied then hit Continue to get the green bar moving across the Windows Explorer address bar.
