That's still balls expensive for an optical drive. I don't own a gigantor LCD so if I watch movies on my 19", regular dvd resolutions are fine.
 
Yeah that's ridiculous for a drive that doesn't burn Blu Ray. I'd rather either pay the extra 200 and get a burner, or pay 300 and get a PS3.
