You know, if you want to OC it hard, I would recommend the scythe ninja. Even though my system hasnt been stable. I did manage to get it oced out of frustrated fun to 250 fsb and my idle went from 29c to 33c, and load from 39c to 44c with my scythe ninja. The way my case is set up it allows me to do a push pull config so i get some good air flow. Either way though this cooler seems to be exceptional. Id check it out.

As far as I know the stock opteron heatsinks work pretty good, but if you want to spend the money upfront:

My recommendations for top tier heatsinks:
Thermaltake Big Typhoon
Thermalright SI-120
Scythe Ninja
Tuniq Tower 120

In an open bench setup, I got best results with the TTBT:

Obviously, results are going to vary given the layout and airflow of your case, as well as your tolerance to noise.

I'd probably stay away from those low level watercooling kits.
