hmm well i got a case number today from Asus and im gonna send it in for RMA repair

Best luck. I had to RMA my P4C800E a few years ago, and the process went smoothly. I also have a current P4P800E RMA pending (waiting to see if the Mosfet Sinks I left on it will void the warranty ), but I am optimistic...

I think you will get fixed up soon. Frustrating, isn't it? Hang in there...

okay, try this. I have same setup and it worked. restart and hit del key to enter bios setup. go to main - ide configuration - sata configuration - onboard cerial-ata bootrom make sure that is enabled. it worked for me, good luck
