Perhaps used... but the 2x4gb of ram is really going to eat into that budget...

I wouldn't get an ssd smaller than 128gb either.

I guess I'm saying save your money or look for incredible deals used.

I tried for $100 dollar but it wasn't reasonable at all..
I got the Samsung 850 Evo 250gb for $100 with free shipping and the ram was on sale through newegg for $61 with free shipping and the Masscool fans cost me $43 shipped for 7 fans ..
I went a little overboard but for High Performance Parts..
