PowerColor Radeon 8500 any good?

I need a card for under $150 with dual-monitor display (all LEs are out). I found a PowerColor 8500 64DDR for $155? This any good? What about the 2D quality? Tv-Out? some comments are welcome...

Check the timings of the RAM. If it's hynix 3.3ns or 3.6ns, its good. Otherwise its slow. Visual quality is excellent.

I can look for 'Hynix' logo on the ram chips, but how do I find the timings?

on the chips themselves the timings will be written it will be -33 or 3.3t or something like that, it varies with different cards
