do you know what kind of point it is? like oil or acrylic that kinda thing cos then you could find out if anything like meths/petrol will get rid of it.

If its the cases orginal paint job it'll be powder coated if its steel/secc and anodised if its alu.

I noticed the things you are using to mod look exactly the same as alot of the stuff I picked up at lowes for my project. Then I scrolled down and saw the cicada and thought man that looks familliar. then I though that would be funny if he were in dallas with me. I looked at your location and it turns out you were.
