Pushing higher OC on FX6300 causing WEI to crash but P95 stable

I wonder if you need to reinstall Windows?

It's pretty fresh, just installed about 2 weeks ago. I also used sfc/scannow to check for corrupted Windows files and all was good.

Update:
So the issue was with the motherboard. It was limiting my OCs to 4.4Ghz. I purchased a new motherboard and was able to hit 4.6Ghz with 1.38V on load.
