Yes it will work with the 955BE.

That particular model number is not specifically listed in the ASRock CPU compatibility list though other 125W C3 stepping 955 BEs are. There is a chance it might not work but my guess is it will. Probably just a minor revision over what does show in the compatibility list. You can always return the board or the CPU to Egg if they don't play together.

HDZ955FBK4DGM = HDZ955FBGMBOX
The first is the OEM model number (no heatsink), the second is the retail box model number. The processor is the same for both numbers.

It was the FBK vs. FBG part of the model string I wasn't sure about as obviously the word "BOX" appears at the end of the one.

The "K4D" in the middle is not included with the "BOX" designation. "FD" and "GM" are still there in both, but separated in the OEM model number.
