Quiet fans with decent performance for hyper 212

A far as i can tell it looks like it would do what i want, but i am wondering if there is anything better since the 15mm thickness is optional for my usage
i had found this fan but turns out is is just a typical sleeve bearing fan that has a false noise rating, but it does look nice

Is there anything that can compete with that Prolimatech (noise/airflow) that looks better
looking to use 2 in push-pull

that fan is a 3pin not a 4 pin though
according to specs it moves less air than the stock fan on my CPU cooler
i really don't want to lower performance
rather not chance loosing my safe temps at 4.2GHz

I have one of those on my Noctua NH-D14 cooler, and it is extremely quiet...quieter even than the default $20 "Silent" Noctua fan.

Haven't even shopped for fans in awhile but yeah I have three Artic cool fans on the front of the three HD cages on my Antec 1200.

I still like Noctuas Ill just through this out there, have the older version on the TRUE in push/pull.

Have you tried the gelid wing 14's? They give really good airflow and are 18-25DB.
