Radeon HD 4350 cooling

Was given a MSI Radeon HD 4350 card and was going to put it in my wife's computer but it will not go into the pcie slot because the heatsink is too big. I took the heatsink off and put a small fan on from an older pci card and it fits but it is loose. Its is running ok at around 55c with the fan but i dont want to push it because I think the fan is unreliable. Any suggestions to a inexpensive fan or heatsink that would fit in place?

Here's a fairly cheap option in terms of VGA coolers, that will most likely fit your card due to the universal design:

While $60 isn't very cheap, VGA air coolers are fairly scarce since most people are watercooling them, combined with the fact the 4350 is a very low end card leaves you short on options unfortunately.
