z490 asus tuf gaming
spc 700w bronze

I have problem with my ram.
I can only overlock to 4000 17 22 22 42 oraz 3600 17 22 22 42
1.45/1.5V and VCCIO 1.2V and i only change this. On next screens i will sens you my uefi

SA and IO are high for 4000 mhz. Did you raise DRAM voltage?

To 4000 i chanke dram volatage to 1.45 vccio to 1.3 and cl to 17 this i all what i change. Rest the same in my second post with Pictures. I change this to xmp xmp2 auto manual. The same result. I thing i doing something wrong and i need change more options. My Friend have the same and he have 4000 16 17 17 37 but on amd

This RAM should work higher unless it's a lower bin. Typical Samsung B so should be like 3600 16-16-16 1.35-1.45V and up to 4000 CL16/17-17-17 1.40-1.45V or maybe higher like 4400 CL18-18-18 1.40-1.45V. I have no idea about IC quality in this memory kit but Samsung B is the most popular IC for overclocking so it's easy to find other users' results and settings. On my test list (in sig) all 3200 CL14, 3600 CL14-15-15, 15-15-15, and 16-16-16 kits are based on Samsung B. There are some settings.

It shouldn't need more than 1.35V VCCSA and 1.25V VCCIO up to ~4200. It also shouldn't need more than 1.5V VDIMM for 4000-4200 CL16.

SA and IO voltage is NOT DRAM voltage. Thise are three different things.

I wonder if your friend is running ddr4 4000 on amd with 1:1 infinity fabric... I doubt it so it's a lot slower than 3733/3600 at 1:1... but that has little to do with you and you situation here...Teo different systems.

No profile changes... you need to set the DRAM voltage along with System Agent and IO...

I try this settings and still i cant go to system and automaticly change do basics settings. What i can change? I think about 4000 and cl 17 19 19 39? what do you think?
