Hey guys.....I'm New to gaming computers and computers in general...but
Can some one please explain to me what the diff numbers mean in ram....like 1600,1800 ands on?....how does the ram work with your CPU and gpu?.....thanks for helpn a noob

That's the RAM speed, just like a CPU or GPU has speed.

There's also timings, which affect performance as well. Lower timings are better. To give you a good measure to compare sticks of RAM, divide the speed by the CAS latency (first number).

If your gaming...RAM performance doesn't matter at all.
