reccomendations for cooling smaller stuff

I mean like memory, northbridge and graphics ram. stuff like that.

basicly anything that could possibly need to be cooled other than the actual CPU and GPU.

I will have water cooling for those 2 parts, so if there is water cooling for something else, thatd be great.

otherwise I would like active cooling of some sort wherever possible.
