Hey there guys. I've had my case (a Raidmax Sagitta 2 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811156091) for about a year now, and quite honestly I hate it. The fans are loud and bright, the color is annoying, I don't like the design, it runs hot, and overall its just ugly. So I want a new case. Something simple. No fancy lights or side windows or colorful. Something straightforward. Black or silver. It needs to have at least 3 of the 5.25 in bays, and at least 2 internal HDD bays, and like I said I'm not a fan of windows or lights. I also need reasonably good airflow, as i have a huge 8800GTS, and may soon be getting 2 8800GT's for SLI. Also, it's not a priority, but if anyone has a case that fits these requirements and isn't too loud either, please recommend it to me, as I am up late and my computer has actually woken people up (LOL). As for budget, I'd like to keep it under $100, which I don't imagine will be too hard. Finally, if it comes down to a choice, I like steel cases more than ones with plastic, and I find the doors that are on the front of some cases to be annoying. Thanks

+1 for the CM 690. Personally I hate all those cases that look like robots or transformers (or robots IN DISGUISE!), which is why I dislike most of the NZXT cases. I'm a fan of something more elegant :)

Antec P182 after rebates is below 100$ and it was built for space and noise cancelling.

I'm in love with the case, I have a P180 (old version) for my server and a P182 for my new rig.

It has a nice steel finish to it and is very sleek, compared to the hideous LED light jobs you see for 40$.

PS: This thing is a monster, the sides are made out of rolled steel and weighs about 32 pounds out of the box. Definitely would not recommend if this is a LAN box.

If you don't want a large case I can fully recommend the Coolermaster Elite 334. Picked one of these up recently for $29 AUD without a PSU.

A stylish and attractive case with good airflow due to mesh at the front of the case, 1x 12cm fan at the rear for airflow and has a washable dust filter. My case temps typically sit at 32C now with the hardware specs you see in my sig. Its also completely tool free with the exception of mainboard and PSU installation.

The best (and by far the cheapest) case I've ever owned. It's also the quietest case I've had which came as quite a pleasant surprise. Cable management proved to be a non issue with this case also.

+1 I love my P180. Course I've modified it now and its not nearly as quiet as it once was but it is a beast of a case. Not sure how different the layout in the P182 is over the older case, but mine I sadly had some cooling issues that I solved with case mods for high end OCing.

Thanks for the suggestions. I looked around on Newegg and decided on a coolermaster elite 330 and also got a Masscool cp cooler as well because the pushpins on my stock cooler are almost falling off the heatsink.

Lol no not really, but I wanted something within a budget that still had good cooling. This way, i could pick up a better cpu cooler and some arctic silver

How much did you pick it up for? Got my Elite 334 for $29, it has the same cooling as the Elite 330
