Hello, i bought this computer from tiger direct, refurbished for light computing reasons and so i had a laptop. hp 6530b. I bought it understading it has a 2.2 ghz dual core, and it ended up having 2.53 duo. but it was also supposed to have two gigs of ram, while it did have two on board they were different chips, and half was reserved for hardware. I recently bought a chip that is the same to one. swapped the one and it booted with a memory error. i flipped them around, and it booted, but half is still hardware reserved. how to i fix this? thanks. two one gig sticks. elpida memory.
