Resizable BAR: any point to it on z390?

Asrock recently came out w/a resizable BAR beta BIOS for my z390 Taichi (thanks Asrock), which really surprised me. But would resizable BAR make any difference on such an old rig?

Does resizable BAR make more difference on AMD? I've read it makes a big difference w/the new Intel Arc videocards, as a matter of fact, they recommend resizable BAR as a requirement for using their videocards. I guess I could buy an Intel Arc videocard now.
