Ripjaws 1600 CL9 1.5v or XMS3 1600 1.65v Both 4+4

my mobo is m5a97 evo r2.0 and fx 6100

Assuming the xms sticks are also cl9, there isn't a difference in performance for all intents and purposes.

That said, I'd go with the lower voltage just because.

I would try to buy the same brand and model if at all possible.

for xms its easy but for ripjaws i am not sure if i ll be able to find them in bulgaria

Then get the XMS. You want matching sticks.
