I'm trying to decide on a good 16GB B-Die kit for the 3000 series and eventually the 4000 series. This means have a decent XMP profile to use for now and then in the future (hopefully late September for 4000) overclock well to whatever fabric speed AMD allows. Ideally A2 and 10 layer which I think all of these are?

The kits I have my eyes on are:

TF10D416G3600HC14CDC01 - Team Group ARGB 3600C14 1.45v

F4-3600C14D-16GTZNB - G. Skill 3600C16 1.35v

PVS416G440C9K - Patriot Viper 4400C19 1.45v (Wildcard I have seen recommended but obviously this relies on actually being able to downclock well unless 4000 series allows native 4,400 which is very unlikely)

TDPPD416G3600HC14CDC01 - Team Group Dark Pro 8 Pack 3600C14 1.45v

Any advice on what fulfills this criteria?

Since it seems like you are planning on running XMP, why do the details matter? :)

For your stated goals grab a kit off the QVL list... some 1.35V ddr4 3600 is the sweetspot for 1:1... typically 3733 is the top end. I like GSkill Trident Z Neo kits. :)

Edit: oh... i see now... planning for zen 3.. hmm... tough call. Id don't imagine that sweetspot to raise much... under 4000 for sure (my guess) for 1:1.

Truthfully... im sure a 3600 kit will be fine.. but ill step aside for those more memory affluent. :)

If you are considering overclocking/downclocking then every kit will be about the same. All are based on the same Samsung B IC and if you run them at manual settings then will make about the same. Besides that, it's all matter of luck so pick the one that is cheaper or looks better.
If you want it to run at XMP 3600 out of the box then there are some GSkill, Team Group or maybe even ADATA kits available at CL14-15-15, 14-16-16 or 16-16-16. All of them will be on the same Samsung IC.

Since you want to keep it for longer then you may also consider a 2x16GB kit. I'm testing TB Dark Pro 8pack 2x16GB 16-16-16 which is at a quite reasonable price. Just wanted to add that as there is a 2x8GB kit on the list and these kits are available only in the OCUK store. My kit runs at 3600 14-14-14 1.45V and 4000 16-16-16 1.45V on the Z490 mobo. Can't run much above that probably because of BIOS but it's still more than enough for a daily rig. At least in EU, that 32GB kit costs almost as much as 16GB ADATA/GSkill 3600 CL14 1.45V. It's still a matter of luck how it will overclock.
