Targeted at OEMs, I think, it means the card will work with DDR memory (if they have some left over), DDR2 memory (the current standard in new PCs) and DDR3 (fastest).

So basically OEMs can make cards ranging from basic cheap cards using DDR to higher end cards using DDR3.
