I love the Mugen I have one running passively on a Q9650 with a decent overclock and it stays cool as a cucumber...

Although 40 euros may be a bit expensive, I picked up my Mugen 2 for $35.

Mine was a Mugen 2 and I got it for $35 however it was being cleared out since it was discontinued, this was about 2 years ago...

Since you live in belgium I am not sure what your options are.
