Ha, guess what, NewEgg has the A64 2800+ Newcastle C-H-E-A-P-E-R than the A64/2 3100+ Paris processor.
So, it's a no brainer. Get the full brain of a 2800+ processor at a better price !!! (Pun totally intended !)
From my understanding, both will OC about the same, 1.8 to 2.6+
My Corsair/Delphi HydroCool 200 should do well with it.
