Setting up an inet unreal tournement server from behind a broadband router.

hi,
i want to set up an unreal tournement server on myu pc but im on a network and it has only one ip for all the computers on our network. the ip of it is 192.168.1.64:7777 when i set it up but it isnt avalible from outside our network how do i sort this out ?
