I am sort of upgrading my comp (new case, new fans)

and I want to do some oc'ing. im using ddr400 and p4 2.5 ghz 533fsb. apparently the board doesnt truly support ddr400, but it can use it, it doen't have lan either.

should I replace? I was thinking maybe an msi 845 neofls or the likes?

would the board help my performance alot?

and I would like it to be under 120$ if at all possible.

I woudl replace it... A great motherboard for OCing is the ABIT AI7... You can find a refurbished one from newegg for around 70$... I'll see if i can find the link I bought mine from

Oh yeah, here are some specs of it...
Intel 865PE Chipset
Support a P4 800/533 FSB
4DIMM, AGP8x, USB 2.0
2 SATA RAID, 1394
10/100 LAN, ATX
ABIT Guru Technology

This was one of my best buys ever!!!
Right now, I have my 2.4C oced to 3.2C HT technology
