show more in each click

i tried to make the show/hide jquery to show and hide a specific height in each time i click on More[...]
but when i click on more it displays the full text
i don't want that
i want to display (height=200px) in each time
when i click on more it displays 200px
and when i click again it displays another 200px
until the text is done
i need that to display my uploaded word files which is too large si i think this is the best way to divide it into static heights
is there any java script or any thing to reach that
i work with php language and with dreamwaver soft.w and hope to find some help with this problem

Please stop using formatting - I removed it for you. The color and formatting doesn't help, as leaving no formatting is the easiest to read.
