I want to know if there is any software for to make dictionary online? I familiar with HTML, CSS, JAVASCRIPT, some PHP language.

Are you talking about a physical dictionary or an SQL database?

Cant see a purpose for making a physical dictionary ... unless its some rudimentary exercise?

Wouldnt an online dictionary BE a webpage? You can build it how you like...
