Stuck in safe mood Please help

Good day

I restarted windows in minimal safe mood

Run / Msconfig / boot tab / then selected minimal safe mood

after don i want to enable normal load i keep getting this message

Not here in this tab i cant click on any thing

Please help me get out of safe mood windows cd repair disk didnt load

what have you changed lately?
new cd rom, GPU etc.

i installed new USB 3.0 into pci express after looking for an hour now i have the drivers and have installed them every thing confirms

but window keeps going to safe mood and i cant restart normail

Do you have a Win7 DVD you can boot to?

so how that was a 6 hour Delay for no reason what so ever ( it wouldn't take any thing 7 recovery , my back up ) i was just stuck so install fresh windows after doing every thing i can to save data but no hop so after fresh install i tried to restore from back up and it worked i am back a week from today (( not bad ) just lost 1 important file thats ok

But it turns out to be it is one of my Volume drivers that caused all of this and it is still not resolved i dont want to masse with it and end up where i was 7 hours ago

But please if any one has solid advice i am open
