Suggestions for LED Lighting for case and backlighting for setup.

So this is my first build and I have been wanting to put in some lights around my case and behind my screen. Though I have not really a clue about how to go about this. What kind of lights are best? What is easiest to set up? I think I want just regular white lights for my case, and orange/or color changing lights for the back of my screen. My case is the H440 if it matters. Any tips, suggestions, experiences, or what-not-to-do's would be greatly appreciated!
