I Have A Few Extra Dollars Lying Around, ( About Two Hundred ) And Was Wondering What I Should Upgrade On My Computer First.

CPU - AMD Athlon 64 3000 ( 1.79 GHZ )
Memory - 256 MB PC3200 400MHz DDR Memory ( Geil Value Ram )
Mothermoard -(939-Pin Socket)MSIRS480M2IL ATI Radeon Xpress200 Chipset SATA PCIE
Vid Card - NVIDEA Geforce6200 Turbocache 256 MB 16x PCI Express
Sound - High Definition 7.1 On Board Audio
Speakers - 600 Watt Subwoofer Stereo Speakers\
Power Supply - 500 Watt See Through Power Supply With Fan Control
Monitor - MAG 17 Inch LCD Plug And Play
Hardrive - 80 Gig ( 40 Used Up ) ATA 100 - 7200 RPM
DVD Rom - None

I'd say search around for maybe a few cold cathodes, bigger HDD (130 GB? 200?), and 512 MB of DDR RAM, and that should come out to roughly $200, give or take $20

Get some really good ram, you will seem some great performace change.
Got to agree there more RAM will give you the biggest performance boost in all areas.
 
I can't believe you only got 256 ram!!!...I'd go and buy the 2x512 of some nice quick RAM (FSB speed is more important than timings too).
