Tap-a-Talk Error on Another Forum

Many are receiving this error when making a post, new thread, or sending a PM on another forum I frequent:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function tapatalk_push_reply() in /home/thecmp/public_html/forums/includes/functions_newpost.php(623) : eval()'d code on line 6

Tap-a-Talk has been contacted with no resolution to date.

The other forum is not as computer literate as many on this forum to solve this error (if they can). What's causing this error?

Followup / solved:

Site had a Tapatalk plugin that no one knew about.
Removal solved the problem.
