That's true, I was just curious. Another thing I was wondering is if I ajod get 7970's or 680's or get a 7950/660 ti and wait until the next series of cards comes out? I know you dont always need the newest GPU to play the latest games, so I'm not sure what to do there.
 
The difference performance wise between a 7970 and a 7950 or a 670 and 680 isn't that much, maybe like 5%?

Past the $250 price range is where you start get diminishing returns.
 
Ah OK maybe I'll just go with whatever is cheapest then and if I decide to keep if I'll just get another, try to sell I once the next series is released. Or I can just save more money and wait until they are both released and just build then so I don't have to buy a card and sell it.
