My wife picked up a p.c. today at a yard sale for 25.00 US dollars . Did not fire up . So I installed a spare psu and it works fine . AMD Phenom II X4 970.3.5 Ghz. with a Foxconn A78AX 3.0 . 770 chipset Mobo. Corsair XMS3 8GB (4 x 2GB) 1333 ram . But the case is a beat up , gigabyte . I was checking out cases on Newegg and found Thermaltake Commander Series.http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811133196 Anyone have this case ? what do ya'll think of that case ? a plus for me is the price . $44.99 - $34.99 after $10.00 rebate card . also free shipping . the pc also needs a GFX card any suggestions 175.00 US dollars is my budget for a card . I was considering this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130831
Any good?

I'd spend a tiny bit more and look at the trusty Antec Three Hundred. Easy case to build in, and solid. Good airflow. It'll outlast anything you can put inside it.

I think what we really should be focusing on is the awesome deal your wife got at a yard sale!

she figured it was worth a shot for 25.00 . that it would have some salvageable parts . it was sold as not working . missing the rom and hard drive .case is damaged , Did not power up . As it was , the psu was shot. I Had a spare 550 watt corsair psu .500 gig seagate sata h.d. and sata dvdrw .
Ordered a case ,GFX card and cpu cooler .and windows 7 home prem.64 bit.

spend a bit $$ and now i have a 4th gaming pc in my home thanks to the wife spending 25.00$
