for what CPU? the i7 870 you are overclocking that you mentioned in your other thread?

Frio OCK is the best of those, it's just shy of a TRUE in performance.

Note: If there are parts inside the zone of exclusion on the mobo and they're lined up exactly with the middle of the CPU, the OCK may cause issues (as noted in the review)

i own one and it is a beast. in my opinion it is still the king of air coolers. it is big but it cools like a champ. you made a good choice
