Changing his loop to put rad right after the pump probably won't make a noticable difference. It has been calculated that you would probably lose .5C, but if you have to use more tubing and have more bends in your tubing, then you probably won't see any difference.
 
that's really strange, there's NO WAY you should be scoring lower than me in 3d01, not with 300 more mhz and tight timings...
you should upgrade your sig btw
maybe it'll be a lot better with a fresh install though...
